Ecotourism and Cycling Content Welcome to this edition of our eBulletin "Latin Trails". This issue is dedicated to cycling as an alternative of daily transport, but above all as an alternative of travel mode. We like to combine the idea of cycle touring and ecotourism to slow the pace of travel, increase the contact with local people and reduce our impact on the environment. We will be updating the information of this issue with new companies, organisations and touring ideas, so keep visiting. We thank all the people and organisations that got in contact with us to write up this eBulletin on cycling in Latin America. We hope you find it helpful and please do not hesitate in contacting us if you want to recommend links or other organisations that you know of in Latin America. Safe ecotravels... Allan R. Rhodes - editor Protected Natural Areas (PNAs) At this moment we are starting to increase our content on the Parks and Protected Areas, and the information is mostly in Spanish, but will be translated shortly. Here are the protected areas that are new in our website. Every month we will be including new parks, so keep in touch for further information.

Otro libro recomendable es "A Bicycle Journey to the Bottom of the Americas: Being a True Account of a Bicycle Adventure from Alaska to Tierra Del Fuego", escrito por George J. Hawkins. Este libro es bueno para motivarse a tomar la bicicleta y recorrer el mundo, mas que para planear un viaje por Latinoamérica. The recommended links of this month are related to the topic of Cycling:
